Italia: Operazione “Prometeo” – Robert è stato scarcerato (02/12/2019)

Come pubblicato da roundrobin.info, apprendiamo che Robert, anarchico arrestato il 21 maggio di quest’anno per l’operazione “Prometeo”, è stato scarcerato:

È libero e senza misure e sta bene!
Beppe e Nat invece rimangono ancora in carcere, rispettivamente a Pavia e Piacenza.

Natascia, Giuseppe e Robert sono stati arrestati il 21 maggio 2019 nel contesto di una operazione repressiva chiamata “Prometeo” ed eseguita dai carabinieri del ROS (“Raggruppamento Operativo Speciale”). Sono state eseguite anche alcune perquisizioni. L’accusa principale è di “attentato con finalità di terrorismo o di eversione”, poiché ritenuti responsabili dell’invio di tre pacchi-bomba arrivati nel giugno 2017 ai p. m. Rinaudo (pubblico ministero in parecchi processi contro il movimento antagonista e gli anarchici) e Sparagna (pubblico ministero nel processo per l’operazione “Scripta Manent”) e a Santi Consolo, all’epoca direttore del DAP (“Dipartimento dell’Amministrazione Penitenziaria”) di Roma. Non sono accusati di alcun reato “associativo” (come gli art. 270 o 270bis, c. p.). Natascia, è stata arrestata in Francia ed è stata trasferita in Italia, nel carcere di Rebibbia a Roma. Tra luglio e agosto 2019, a più riprese, con la chiara intenzione di fiaccarne le condizioni e aggravarne l’isolamento, sono stati trasferiti nelle carceri di Alessandria, L’Aquila, Terni, Sassari, Rossano Calabro, Piacenza e Pavia. Nel mese di giugno Natascia ha partecipato allo sciopero della fame contro le restrizioni e le condizioni della sezione AS2 femminile del carcere de L’Aquila, che venne destinata a rinchiudere le anarchiche.

Italy: “Prometeo” operation – Robert was released from prison (December 2nd, 2019)

As published by roundrobin.info, we learn that Robert, an anarchist arrested on May 21st of this year for the “Prometeo” operation, was released from prison:

He is free and without measures and he is fine!
Beppe and Nat instead still remain in prison, respectively in Pavia and Piacenza.

Natascia, Giuseppe and Robert were arrested on May 21st, 2019, in the context of a repressive operation called “Prometeo” (“Prometheus”) and carried out by the ROS of carabinieri (“Special Operational Grouping”). Some searches have also been carried out. The main accusation is of “attack with terrorist or subversive purposes”, as they were held responsible for sending three bomb packages arrived in June 2017 to the prosecutors Rinaudo (prosecutor in several trials against the antagonist movement and the anarchists) and Sparagna (prosecutor in the trial for the “Scripta Manent” operation) and to Santi Consolo, at the time director of the DAP (“Department of Penitentiary Administration”), in Rome. They are not accused of any “associative” crime (such as articles 270 or 270bis of Italian penal code). Natascia was arrested in France and was transferred to Italy, to the Rebibbia prison in Rome. Between July and August 2019, on several occasions, with the clear intention of weakening the conditions and aggravating the isolation, they were transferred to the prisons of Alessandria, L’Aquila, Terni, Sassari, Rossano Calabro, Piacenza and Pavia. In June, Natascia participated in the hunger strike against the restrictions and conditions of the women’s AS2 section of the prison of L’Aquila, which was destined to lock up the anarchists.
