Cagliari, Sardegna: Chiusa indagine per articolo 270bis

Nel pomeriggio di ieri [18 settembre 2019] è arrivata la prima notifica della chiusura indagini di un fascicolo a carico di 45 persone, ritenute colpevoli di aver commesso dei reati durante la stagione di lotta contro le basi mlitari tra il 2014 eil 2017.

Per alcuni di essi le accuse formulate dalla procura cagliaritana sono di associazione sovversiva con finalità di terrorismo, per la parte più consistente degli indagati invece si tratta principalmente di reati legati alle manifestazioni di piazza.

Per i presunti appartenenti all’associazione sovversiva le accuse del p. m. Pani sono anche di dannegiamenti a varie aziende connesse al mondo della guerra (Vitrociset, RWM, Poste, Tirrenia), di aver organizzato dei campeggi antimilitaristi e di aver fatto in giro per la Sardegna e la penisola propaganda di un “antimilitarismo sovversivo”.

Non ci sono misure cautelari, e nel fascicolo che è stato notificato non vi è menzione neanche di eventuali richieste.

Con le poche carte a disposizione è difficile, anzi impossibile, fare un’analisi seria di questa operazione, si può solo notare quanto le indagini per 270bis siano uno strumento particolarmente utilizzato in questi ultimi tempi – ricordiamo in particolare le operazione Scintilla e Renata –, e nello specifico della situazione sarda ricordiamo che solo dodici mesi fa venne chiusa un’altra indagine associativa, che per fortuna poi non ebbe esiti particolarmente gravi.

Seguiranno aggiornamenti sia sulla parte tecnica che sulle varie iniziative che verranno organizzate nei prossimi giorni.

Yesterday afternoon [September 18, 2019] came the first notification of the closure of investigations of a file against 45 people, convicted of committing crimes during the season against militar bases between 2014 and 2017.

For some of them the accusations made by the Cagliari prosecutor’s office are of a “subversive association with the purpose of terrorism”, but for the most consistent part of the suspects they are mainly crimes related to street demonstrations.

For the alleged members of the subversive association the accusations of the prosecutor Pani are also of damage to various companies connected to the world of war (Vitrociset, RWM, Poste Italiane, Tirrenia), of having organized antimilitarist camps and of having made propaganda around a “subversive antimilitarism” around Sardinia and the peninsula.

There are no precautionary measures, and in the file that has been notified there is no mention of any requests either.

With the few papers available, it is difficult, indeed impossible, to make a serious analysis of this operation; it can only be seen how the investigations for 270bis are a particularly used tool in recent times – we recall in particular the “Scintilla” and “Renata” repressive operations –, and specifically of the Sardinian situation we recall that only twelve months ago another associative investigation was closed, which fortunately did not have particularly serious results.
