Lunedì 11 febbraio nell’aula bunker del carcere di Torino un nutrito gruppo di compagni e compagne ha espresso la sua solidarietà agli anarchici/e sotto processo in seguito all’Operazione “Scripta manent”. Il PM Roberto Sparagna, è stato impossibilitato a prendere parola per formulare la sua requisitoria. Dopo diversi slogan e la lettura del seguente testo, la Corte ha interrotto l’udienza. L’aula è stata sgomberata dall’intervento delle squadre antisommossa. Nel corso della protesta è stata espressa solidarietà a tutti gli anarchici arrestati sotto processo in questo periodo, in seguito all’operazione “Scripta manent”, operazione “Panico” e “Scintilla”, e contro lo sgombero dell’Asilo Occupato a Torino.
Tutti liberi! Evviva l’anarchia!
Qui si stanno mettendo sotto accusa 20 anni di storia dell’Anarchismo.
Non siamo imputati, ma questa è la nostra Storia ed il nostro percorso rivoluzionario.
E proprio a questo percorso appartengono le pratiche oggi sotto processo.
Siamo tutti coinvolti e i boia dello Stato non possono definire né comprendere le nostre idee e le nostre vite.

Procès Scripta Manent: un texte lu par les solidaires
Lundi 11 février, dans la salle-bunker de la prison de Turin, un groupe important de compagnons et compagnonnes a exprimé sa solidarité aux anarchistes sous procès suite à l’opération Scripta Manent. Le Procureur Roberto Sparagna n’a pas pu prendre la parole, il n’a pas pu lire sa réquisitoire. Après plusieurs slogans criés et la lecture de ce texte, le juge a suspendu la séance. La salle a été évacué avec l’intervention des flics anti-émeute. Pendant cette manifestation de protestation, on a exprimée notre solidarité avec tou.te.s les anarchistes arrêté.e.s ou sous procès en ce moment, suite aux opérations Scripta Manent, Panico, Scintilla et contre l’expulsion de l’Asilo Occupato de Turin.

Ici on met en accusation 20 ans d’histoire de l’Anarchisme.
Nous ne sommes pas inculpés, mais celle-ci est notre histoire et notre parcours révolutionnaire.
Précisément à ce parcours appartiennent les pratiques qui passent en jugement aujourd’hui.
Nous sommes tous impliqués et les bourreaux de l’État ne peuvent ni définir ni comprendre nos idées et nos vies.
Solidarité avec les prisonniers anarchistes et révolutionnaires!
Pas un pas en arrière, toujours à tête haute!

Text read in solidarity to anarchists under trial following Scripta Manent operation
On Monday 11 February in the bunker hall of the Turin prison a large group of comrades expressed their solidarity with the anarchists on trial following the “Scripta manent” operation (6.09.2016). Roberto Sparagna (the public prosecutor in the trial) was unable to take a word to formulate his indictment. After several slogans and the reading of the following text, the Court interrupted the hearing. The courtroom was evicted through the intervention of the riot squads. During the protest, solidarity was expressed to all the anarchists arrested and on trial during this period, following the repressive operations “Scripta manent”, “Panico” and “Scintilla”, and against the eviction of Asilo Occupato in Turin.

Twenty years of history of anarchism are being impeached here.
We are not charged, but this is our history and our revolutionary path.
And it is precisely this path that the practices currently under trial belong to.
We are all involved and the executioners of the state can neither define nor understand our ideas and our lives.
