Atene, Grecia: Informazioni sull’arresto di Christophoros Kortesis e sul caso del Leroy Merlin shopping centre ad Atene
Soffiano venti, ma raccoglieranno uragani.
Il compagno Christophoros Kortesis è in prigione dal 12 luglio 2019 con l’accusa di “furto e rapina” perché ha tentato di rimuovere oggetti del valore di circa 180 euro da un centro commerciale “Leroy Merlin” ad Atene.
Christophoros Kortesis è un anarchico e non l’ha mai nascosto. Fu condannato da un tribunale speciale con l’accusa di partecipazione all’organizzazione Lotta Rivoluzionaria ed incarcerato per 4 anni e 6 mesi. Una delle molte persone che si sono schierate al suo fianco per opporsi alla repressione di Stato è anche G. A., un compagno anarchico e impiegato di “Leroy Merlin”, che è stato un testimone politico nel processo a Christophoros Kortesis. I rapporti politici e personali dei due compagni sono sufficienti per sviluppare un altro procedimento giudiziario volto a perseguire lo sterminio politico dei due.
Questo tipo di caso avrebbe dovuto essere chiuso semplicemente e direttamente con il ritorno delle cose espropriate, ma continua con una detenzione violenta e una guerra psicologica di tipo poliziesco seguita dall’arresto vendicativo di Christophoros Kortesis, il suo linciaggio mentre gli si faceva indossare un cappuccio, la sua detenzione e, infine, con le accuse contro sette compagni complessivamente.
Non consentiremo l’istituzione di un nuovo regime “speciale” contro coloro che stanno combattendo, difenderemo collettivamente e attivamente la nostra gente, le nostre strutture e le nostre lotte, nonché tutti coloro che sono colpiti dalla violenza dello Stato e del capitale.

Aggiornamento dalla manifestazione in solidarietà a Christophoros Kortesis del 17 luglio 2019.
Durante la manifestazione sono stati urlati slogan, distribuiti testi, lanciati volantini e realizzati poster con riferimento alle azioni imminenti. La protesta ha avuto un forte impulso, con la partecipazione di circa 350 persone.
Rilascio immediato di Christophoros Kortesis.
Fine del procedimento contro i compagni arrestati.
Contro le macchinazioni dello Stato e dei padroni.
Resistenza contro la persecuzione delle lotte sociali e di classe.

Athens, Greece: Information about the arrest of anarchist Christophoros Kortesis and the case of Leroy Merlin shopping centre in Athens

Comrade Christophoros Kortesis has been in prison since the 12th of July on the charge of “robbery theft” because he attempted to remove stuff worth about 180 € from the Leroy Merlin shopping centre in Athens.
C.K. is an anarchist and has never hidden it. He was convicted by a special court on the charge of participation in the organization “Revolutionary Struggle” and jailed for 4.5 years. One of the many people who stood at his side opposing the State repression is also an anarchist comrade and employee of Leroy Merlin G.A. who stood as a political witness in the trial of C. Kortesis The political and personal relationships of the two comrades are enough for the mechanisms to develop another judge/police prosecution in pursuit of the political extermination of the two.
This kind of case should have been closed simply and directly with the return of the expropriated stuff, but continued with violent holding and police-type psychological war followed by the vengeful arrest of C. Kortesis, his lynching while making him wear a hood and his detention and finally with the prosecution of seven fighting comrades in total.
We will not allow a new ‘special’ regime to be set up against those who are fighting, we will collectively and actively defend our people, our structures and our struggles, as well as everyone who is being targeted by the violence of the State and capital.

Update from the protest solidarity demo on 17.7.19 about the case of Leroy Merlin and comrade C. Kortesis.
During the protest, slogans were shouted, texts were distributed, leaflets were thrown and posters with reference to forthcoming actions were put up. The protest had a strong pulse, with about 350 people taking part.
